Our client in Wadsworth is looking for Packers to join their team!
Work for a company that produces and offers a broad range of products across multiple markets including industrial, agriculture, food processing, healthcare, and consumer.
Shift
- 1st and 3rd Shifts Available!
- Rotating Day Shift 7:00am to 7:00pm
- Rotating Night Shift 7:00pm to 7:00am
- First day will be 1:00pm to 4:00pm
Pay
- $17.50/hr
Responsibilities
- Technology – use computer to locate information and print labels
- Ensure packaging is appropriate for shipment to customer
- Inspect parts and cartons at each step of packing process
- Stack cartons on pallet by hand, band and ticket skids
- Record information, such as quantity, date and initials
- Perform related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Possess basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to stand for 12 hours (7pm-7am or 7am-7pm, with breaks)
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as required
- Eye to hand coordination in order to assemble and trim parts safely; Use hand to finger, handle, or feel
- Lifting - proper and safe technique to maneuver and lift up to 25 pounds
