Job description

We are looking for an Order Selector to join our team of expert pickers. Order selectors are responsible for selecting products and stacking pallets (in stop order) to be placed on our trucks for delivery. This is a physically demanding job.

To be a successful order selector, you should be a great team worker and have strong organizational skills, most importantly you should demonstrate solid grasp on the details of any job. You should be able to operate warehouse equipment/machinery and have the ability to maintain an awareness of your surroundings while navigating through the hustle and bustle of our super busy warehouse. TRAINING PROVIDED!!!

Daily Tasks:

• Receives assignments from the order desk and retrieves goods from warehouse.
• Delivers materials to assigned dock door for loading
• Uses an order-picker or pallet jack to pull orders when needed.
• Follows safety rules for warehouse when picking an order.
• Performs other related duties as assigned/required.

Skills:

• Good communication/interpersonal/teamworking skills.
• Physical stamina for remaining standing/lifting/pushing pulling
• Ability to assess a pallet, balance product efficiently with focus on stability for transport.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 18+ years of age
• A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as an order selector a definite plus.
