What You Will Be Doing

• Set up printing equipment according to manufactures specifications.
• Configure Printing equipment according to the customer's needs.
• Handles all level escalations when needed.
• Review history and determine next steps for excessive service needs, up to and including replacement devices
• Maintain manufacturer warranty documentation and orders parts accordingly
• Maintain clear communication with operations regarding deliveries and warehouse needs
• Assist with warehouse inventory management

What Should The Right Person Will Have

• Strong interest to learn and be trained, mentored, and coached
• Positive, professional attitude and a team player
• Technical Industry Experience on Color/Black-White MFPs - Xerox, Canon, HP, and other brands preferred but not required - we will train you!

• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Strong technical aptitude and curiosity to fix things.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and push and pull up to 75lbs
• Proficient computer knowledge, especially in Microsoft Office programs and in desktop technology
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must at least 21 years of age or older with a clean driving record
