Job description:

• Perform logistics supports and coordination with Head Office in NY
• Arrange daily services; Coordinate works with drivers & warehouse operators
• Manage daily incoming / outgoing shipments and trucking services
• Support Office Manager to manage inventory, warehouse and office assets
• Answer phone calls and provide customer services
• Organize files and safeguard important documents
• Responsible for office administrative works and office supplies
• Provide supports to senior management and sales teams

Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel and PPT)
• 1 to 2 years relevant work experience (preferred)
• Understand basic industrial products information
• Familiar with local markets and (supply chains in Asia related to our business is a plus)
• Ability to work under limited supervision and busy schedules
• Effective communication, inter-personal and organization skills
• H1B sponsor depends on work performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
