• Starting pay is $17/hr. After orientation, the pay increases to $17.50
• $0.50 increases every 6 months
• Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401K program
• Schedule during orientation is Mon-Fri 6:30am-3:15pm. After orientation, we will start the transition to either day shift: Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:15pm or night shift: 6:30pm-3:15am. After 4 weeks, we will rotate to the opposite shift. Overtime is available!

*ATTENDANCE BONUS - $300 for the 1st month, $600 after the next 2 months and $900 after next 3 months. Potential total of $1,800 within the 1st 6 months.

Terms and Conditions for Attendance Bonus: Zero attendance occurrences.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for performing the loading/unloading, collection, storage, transportation, and shipping of raw material and finished product. Team members will maintain and adhere to a high-quality standard of work while adhering to workplace rules and standards. Team members are also responsible for inspecting and reporting defects while maintaining daily duties at Aisin Texas Automatic Transmission Manufacturing Facility.

Main Duties / Responsibilities

· Execution of rigorous and standardized logistics processes and rules.

· Executes the logistics activities, including raw materials and components from suppliers, delivery of parts to production lines accurately, shipment of finished products to customers on time.

· Respect and maintain 4S+S, follow all safety/quality rules, standard procedures, and logistics basics.

· Be in close contact to receive directives and guidance from Team Leaders and Group Leaders.

· Secure the production plan by maintaining the inventory at defined levels.

· Be a supportive team member and work with others, abiding by company policies, and maintaining acceptable attendance.

Required Qualification / Education

· High School or higher-level education is required.

· 1 or more years of experience in warehouse activities (receiving and shipping).

· Supports a fair and productive work environment built on trust and respect of all team members.

· Goal orientated, supports logistics KPIs and perform any corrective actions needed to meet all targets.

· Must be able to share information quickly with leadership and others concerned with the problems.

Desired Skills / Characteristics

· Hands-on experience with forklifts, hoists, slinging, trucks, and general-purpose measuring instruments.

· Being familiar with basic manufacturing concepts (4S+S, FIFO, KANBAN).

· Having a CDL License (desired not required).

· Must be capable of flexibly responding to any changes in the company’s direction.

· Willingness to work as a team and effective oral and written communication skills.

· Experience in manufacturing and cross-cultural working environment is desirable.

· Able to do 4S + S (cleaning standers/processes).

· Ability to do simple mental math to perform daily tasks.

Working / Physical Conditions

· Standing, walking, pulling, pushing, lifting to 50lbs, and bending for extended periods.

· Ability to handle various tools safely.

· Must be able to work overtime, shift rotation, weekends, and holidays as directed.

· Wearing safety / PPE clothing during the whole shift or as directed.
