The Warehouse Team Member is integral part of Ambient’s order fulfillment operation. Warehouse Team Member’s will fill orders, stock shelves, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. This position is also responsible for packing orders, assembling, making boxes, stocking inventory, and loading/unloading items.

Supervisory Responsibility

Individual contributor. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Climate-controlled indoor warehouse. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day. May be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb or balance. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday: 8:00-4:00p approx.

40 hours per week

Training

You will receive on the job training to perform all required tasks.

Travel / Work Location

No business travel is required. 100% in Ambient’s office in Chandler, AZ. You must have reliable transportation.

Pay Rate

$14.50 per hour with additional compensation for experience/forklift

Essential Duties and Abilities

• Pack orders, kit product boxes,
• Make boxes,
• Stock inventory
• Load/unload containers and trailers
• Shrink wrap pallets
• General clean-up around the warehouse,
• Potentially test electronic products
• Learn Sage system (used to check in inventory)
• Able to read letters and numbers, in English, on orders to determine correct location of merchandise.
• Able to perform simple math, including counting, and addition and subtraction.
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• No prior experience is required. However, demonstrated ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and fine motor skills is desirable.
• Any knowledge of manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.
