Responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules
• Break off gating from castings and then separate
• Sanding down casting on belt grinder
• Grind and smooth rough areas of casting
• Keep molding lines clean of metal/Sepatating metal for mold perparation
• Quality checks for conformance to standard
• Follow process sheets for instructions
• Practice good housekeeping
• Assist in developing concepts for continuous improvement
• lift up to 50lb

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
