Warehouse - Account Customer Service

Mainfreight Warehousing- Chicago

Mainfreight’s Chicago Warehousing branch continues to grow and we are looking for more team to join us! We are looking for a new Account Customer Service team member to take on the administration and operations of a number of the key accounts within the building!

Your focus will be customer service excellence, team efficiency and promoting the attitude, not the department mentality. The role will entail looking after the customer’s holistically with expectations of managing labor and resources efficiently while striving for total quality and driving excellence every day! The role will place you communicating with the customer on a daily basis and assisting with their growth!

The successful applicant will need:

• Experience in Warehousing
• Initiative take solve challenges as they arise
• A strong work ethic and capacity to learn warehousing
• No fear of getting their hands dirty
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Total focus on quality and customer service
• Supply chain experience
• The ability to lead and motivate a team

• A continuous improvement attitude
• Experience driving forklifts and other warehouse machinery a bonus!

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
