C5T is seeking a Wargaming Analyst to provide professional and functional expertise to USTRANSCOM Strategic Plans, Policy and Logistics Directorate (TCJ5/J4), leveraging knowledge of joint doctrine, strategy development, joint planning principles, and understanding of organizational policies and processes to develop wargames to assess deployment and distribution challenges in the future operating environment. The analyst will also Facilitate wargame design and scenario development with associated objectives, purposes, and end-states.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree plus four (4) years' experience related to the field of work OR Bachelor's degree plus six (6) years related experience. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Professional experience must be in Logistics, distribution, transportation, supply chain management, strategy, joint capability development, governance, and DoD strategy development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
All C5T team members must have strong interpersonal skills to interact with our customers and team members. Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills along with analytical and problem-solving capabilities are a must.
Applicants will be subject to a background investigation for access to sensitive materials. Individuals must hold a clearance at the SECRET level at the time of interview, TS/SCI preferred.
