Emergency Restoration Specialist a Franchise of PuroClean is looking for Lead Restoration Technicians in Annapolis, Millersville & Baltimore area.

We have two locations in Stevensville, Md & Millersville, MD. We are looking for technicians in both locations.

Restoration Technician will:

• Clean and restore property after fire, water, smoke and mold damage
• Removal of drywall, cabinetry, and flooring
• Clean carpet and upholstery
• Cut, remove, and replace drywall and other materials
• Set-up and monitor drying equipment
• Use computer program for moisture mapper
• Communicate with customers during stressful situations
• Keep on schedule and adjust to changing priorities

Pay Rate & Benefits:

• $18 - $24 per hour (will have the opportunity for overtime & advancement)

Job Requirements

Job Requirements for Restoration Technicians:

• Be on-call and work after hours and weekends
• Lift up to 50lbs
• Use common hand and power tools
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance
• Attention to detail
• Clean driving record
• Background check and drug screening required
