Wealth Advisor

Our Wealth Advisor is an integral part of the First Financial Wealth Services team engaging our clients to deepen the relationship through a full complement of services and solutions and equipped with a suite of technology to efficiently deliver an optimal client experience.

Responsibilities

• The ability to build a strong client base with the Bank’s exceptional referral and lead generation systems.
• The opportunity to find new clients through the Bank’s client base.
• The ability to grow relationships with the platform’s combination of tools, technology, and support.
• The opportunity to continue developing your skills with access to training, peer mentoring and education programs.
• The opportunity to volunteer with your colleagues at community events.

Desired Experience

• At least 2 years’ related experience with demonstrated success:
• Building relationships through a consultative discovery approach.
• Sharing complex financial and investment concepts and solutions while building trust.
• Delivering an exceptional service experience that exceeds client expectations.
• Engaging clients through professional interactions, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills

Preferred Education/Training

• Series 7, 65 and/or 66 licenses
• Washington Life and Disability Licenses
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (Investments, Finance, Law, Accounting/Tax, Economics, Business Administration) and/or 5 years’ related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay Range

• This position is considered fully commissioned with the possible exception of a base salary range of $75,000 To $100,000 for up to the first 6 months.
