Overview

You will support the International Private Bank Lending team responsible for Lending products. As part of the COO organization, administrator will act as the final gatekeeper to ensure that loan transactions adhere to credit policies and approvals, review loan documentation, handle funding, repayments, and general servicing inquiries from Bankers, Lenders, and Clients. You will interact with Bankers, Investment Advisors, and Custody officers on collateral issues, loan increases, and late payments.

What You’ll Do

· Review approved credit approval memos and loan documentation from Loan Officers to prepare instructions for loan system set up

· Support subscription financing lending product service officer

· Monitor collateral assets to ensure proper collateral maintenance

· Process loan funding, payments, and repricing on loan system

· Daily contact with clients on full range of servicing matters

· Follow-up with clients and loan officers for missing documentation, interest payments, and collateral deficiencies

Skills You’ll Need

· 5+ plus years of experience in Banking/Financial services industry

· Payment processing or Servicing of loan experience

· Experience in client contact/engagement

Skills That Will Help You Excel

· Experience with Lending loan documents

· Familiarity with Structured Lending, Commercial Real Estate and Financial Sponsor transactions

· Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor as this position interacts with clients daily

· Knowledge of loan servicing including syndicated and participation transactions

· Extremely strong organizational skills required as this position eventually will assist in the maintenance of large portfolio

· Understanding of regulatory and compliance and bank policy issues

· Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and assess processes and create efficiency solutions
