Position Overview:

The Web Content Coordinator builds and manages new web pages on a singular platform, gathering web assets from existing web pages and converting them into new web pages on one platform. Additionally, the role is a backup support for the acquisition marketing team involving, flyer creation, managing existing CMS platforms, and more. This is a low-code to no-code position.


In this role you will:


  • Integrate multimedia content onto a site
  • Test web applications
  • Troubleshoot problems with performance or user experience
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders
  • Create and maintain software documentation
  • Perform other Marketing duties as needed
Skills We Are Seeking::
  • Proven working experience with Squarespace, Wordpress and general CMS usage
  • Photoshop and Illustrator experience (much of the Adobe suite)
  • General Microsoft 365 experience
  • Familiarity with iframes, pixel embeds and other low-level coding
  • Google Analytics experience, Google My Business experience, Search Engine Console experience
  • General SEO knowledge
  • Ability to work well with multiple teams and be a SiteOne ambassador to new acquisitions
  • Problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
  • Ability to develop a working knowledge of multiples lines of business in the green industry (i.e irrigation, agronomics, hardscapes, nursery, etc…)
