General Description:
To assist the College Web Associate Director to design, develop, maintain, and update the official College Web site, including independently designing interfaces and graphics using a variety of programming languages and applications and to understand and work within the College’s Content Management System.This is an entry to mid level position.

Minimum Qualifications
Required KSAs:
  • Knowledge of website design for marketing purposes. Experience using brand guidelines.
  • Programming proficiency in HTML, XML, CSS, SQL, ASP, PHP, CGI, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Solution-oriented and high-level programming skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize web pages for security and responsiveness




Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Computer Information Systems, or related field or a combination of education, training, and experience
  • Experience in web applications development and web design.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Some Experience using brand guidelines
  • WordPress development experience
  • Extensive experience with web tools & design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator)
  • Good visual design sense
  • Understanding of UX/UI (user experience/user interface) design
  • Understanding of website analytical tools
