Job Description:

• You will be part of the core team responsible for evolving and enhancing our digital learning experiences.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing an amazing customer experience with an understanding of creating impactful customer educational experiences in the platform.

Tasks would include:

• Managing course creation with stakeholders
• Assist with content migration from other platforms (eg. Webinars)
• Updating existing images using Photo Editing tools
• Light updates video content
• Creation of new courses/bootcamps in University
• Further optimization of SEO for University
• Add new resources (PDFs) & update associated images
• Work with content creators to ensure technical requirements are met for image formats, naming conventions
• QA platform regularly
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, basic Photoshop & Adobe Premiere
• Strong project management skills
• Good spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets, SmartSheets)
• Ability to review technical content and summarize descriptions
• Ability to work independently and tackle challenging tasks spanning 1000+University lessons

Desired:

• Some knowledge of Electrical Engineering products or technology companies

Job Type: Contract

Salary: Up to $25.00 per hour
