Weekend On-Call Coordinator

Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 5pm.

Immediate need for Bilingual English/Spanish!

Anchor Health Home Care of New York, a fully licensed and growing Home Care Agency serving the NY Metropolitan area is seeking an energized, professional individual with great customer skills and attitude to assist us in the hiring process and be part of a compassionate and professional team helping families and their loved ones in their time of need.

To be considered, candidates must have:

• A Great Welcoming attitude
• Superior customer service and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Highly detail oriented
• Proficiency with computers (Microsoft Word / Excel), and ability to learn and operate scheduling and training software systems (Sandata, HCPLUS, HHA Exchange or Santrax)
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Remain composed, professional with a positive attitude under pressure and excel in time management
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2 years human resources related experience
• Healthcare experience required, homecare experience a plus
• Must be able to work weekends
