The RN Weekend Clinical Nurse Manager Baylor position - 2 options
Option 1: Saturday, Sunday position would be 12 hours each day and includes 8a-5p in office, and 5p-8p is on call. This is a 24 hour position and will be paid for 32 hours.
Option 2: Friday, Saturday, Sunday position. The Friday would be 8a-5p in office and the Saturday and Sunday would be 12 hours each day and includes 8a-5p in office, and 5p-8p on call. This is a 32 hour position and will be paid for 40 hours.
The position is in office, but may be remote for some hours as approved.
The Weekend RN Clinical Manager may have occasional onsite supervision
Requirements and Qualifications:

• Primary duties include staff supervision, scheduling and triage
• Home Health Care experience required
• OASIS experience is required
• 2+ years of supervisory experience is required
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid MA RN License required
• BSN preferred
