Robotic Weld Cell Operator

• 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am

Job Description:

• Set-up and operation of automatic MIG welding equipment and robotic MIG welding equipment, changing torch tips and welding wire, inspection of welded assemblies, performing basic cell and machine maintenance, and obtaining and delivery of parts and cleanup.
• Operate robotic welder by loading parts into cell machine and unloading finished parts into racks or baskets.
• Operate press control buttons
• Conduct quality check periodically by inserting the finished product onto gages to inspect the specifications
• Record quality, production and manufacturing information
• Work safely and efficiently to ensure production schedules are met. Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment, including face masks at all times.
