Job Description
Instructors are responsible for ensuring that students meet all learning objectives and successfully complete their course as outlined in the catalog. As an instructor, your goal for the students is to support retention efforts and provide an industry specific foundation to prepare students to become employed in their field.
Qualifications/Experience/Requirements:
- MUST have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the welding field and be proficient in the SMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes
- MUST have the ability to successfully pass welding certification tests in SMAW, FCAW, and GTAW processes
- MUST have an in-depth knowledge of the welding trade and have the ability to effectively share this knowledge with others.
