Chapman Ford is looking for a Parts Counterperson with 1-3 years experience preferred

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for assisting customers in finding the appropriate parts for their vehicles

• Provide technicians with the correct parts for customer vehicles

• Work with parts manager to locate any parts not in stock

• Communicate with customer on the status of any parts ordered and notify them upon delivery to the dealership

• Serve as backup to stocking clerk as necessary

• Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more

• Perform other duties as assigned
