Job: Wi-Fi SME

Experience level – 4-5 years

Location: Downtown, PA, local resumes only-No Remote work (Candidate is expected to work at onsite from day-1)

Wi-Fi SME with complete Hands On Experience is a must.

Job Details

· Expert Level understanding of 802.11 networks and protocols 802.11n/ac/ax

. Expert level understanding of 802.11 MAC, QoS and RF characteristics

. Hands on experience in Wi-Fi network optimization in high density environments (outdoor, stadiums or enterprise)

. Wi-Fi technologies WiF6E, WiFi7 and aware of Wi-Fi industry standards and associations like WBA and WFA.

. Ability to understand and optimize network for convergence of Wireless Wi-Fi and 5G ·

. Experience designing and implementing WLAN, wireless networks, and RF Link

· Defining architecture and solutions for Wi-Fi Racks/chambers

· Advance troubleshooting skills to identify root causes WiFi issues

· Work with vendors to provide adequate support for Wifi chamber design and infrastructurIn-depth understanding of Spectrum and Wifi packet

. capture/analysis

. Expert in defining WiFi network health/performance monitoring and KPIs

. Experience in site survey tools like AirMagnet or Ekahau
