We are seeking a Windows Engineer who will work with the IT engineering team to implement and provide support to agency’s IT system infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Performs day-to-day activities related to the support, research, analysis, and implementation of VMware and Windows systems and infrastructure
• Considerable knowledge, experience, and understanding of working in a VMware and Windows environment is required
• In-depth experience with troubleshooting VMware and Windows problems
• Thorough knowledge of and in-depth experience with performance monitoring, system testing, OS upgrade, and software patch Installation and testing in a VMware and Windows environment
• Experience with standard server networking protocols
• In-depth experience with medium to large-scale VMware and Windows environments
• Experience with providing technical support
• Experience working with and writing PowerShell scripting
• Excellent communicative & collaborative skills
