Windows System Administrator with Cybersecurity Emphasis
Job description
Part of a team of Cybersecurity professionals supporting a Navy customer Risk Management Framework Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities. Team duties will include the creation of new packages as well as maintenance of more than 80 existing packages. Specific systems administrator duties include support of hardware and software pertaining to Microsoft Server and Workstation products including Public Key Infrastructure, Active Directory, SharePoint, and SQL server experience with Microsoft Active Directory in a multiple-site architecture. Supports the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) in meeting their RMF responsibilities. Supports System Categorization efforts and the collection and maintenance of all artifacts required for system certification. Supports creation of all required RMF A&A documentation and processes including the Security Plan (SP), Security Assessment Plan (SAP), Security Assessment Report (SCAR), Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), Risk Assessment Reports (RAR), System Level Security Monitoring (SLCM), Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM), Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M). Supports the Navy Package Submitting Officer in complying with tasking included in the DON Application and Database Management System (DADMS) and Department of Defense Information Technology Portfolio Repository – Department of the Navy (DITPR-DON) registration, DoD Cyber Hygiene Scorecard reporting, policy waivers (e.g., Host Based Security System (HBSS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)), and Vulnerability Remediation Asset Manager (VRAM) Registration/Compliancy. Familiar with and/or has used Assured Compliance Assessment (ACAS),Solution Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG), and Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS). Must have 10 years' experience operating in a Microsoft Windows Domain. Must hold one of the following certificates: CASP+, or CCNP, or CISA, or CISSP, or CGED, or CGIH, or CCSP. Must have 5 years’ experience in Navy cybersecurity including all aspects of RMF Assessment & Authorization, including creating and maintaining RMF packages in eMASS. Must have achieved 5 Navy RMF authority to operate. 5 years’ experience as an Information System Security Engineer, 5 years’ experience using eMASS and ACAS, 5 years’ experience supporting a DoD Research, Development, Testing, and Evaluation (RDT&E) networks. Work is contingent on contract award, expected no later than July 2023.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
