Minocqua Wood Products is growing and we are looking for hard working and motivated individuals who have an attention to detail as well as a willingness to learn. Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Set-up and operate equipment in accordance to good manufacturing practice standard operation procedures.
• Ability to follow direction and obtain information off work orders
• Maintain high quality standards of wood being produced
• Knowledge in the use of hand tools
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs or more on occasion
• Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
• Have basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
• Able to work in a team environment

Pay is based on experience, skill and motivation.
