Our client is looking for a proactive Workfront Systems Administrator to support their team with managing, maintaining, and navigating Workfront for an in-house creative/marketing team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within a large fast paced organization and is a creative problem solver.
Location: Hoboken, New Jersey
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $58.82 - 68.82 per hour
Work Hours: 9am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project management system and content quality and implementation of processes and workflow adjustments.
- New user setup, creating dashboards, and basic configurations with in the system.
- Conduct training for new users and on going when updates or changes are made
- Design workflows, standards, processes and set goals that will leverage the system.
- Assist in evaluating, integrating and testing with other Marketing related technologies to deliver process and productivity gain
- Maintain relationships with tool vendors, specifically on technical support and training issues. Act as project point-of-contact for communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Education: No Degree Required
