Reports To: Yard Supervisor

Responsibilities:
- Primarily to prepare and perform door, window, and cabinetry deliveries in a safe and secure manner in a timely fashion.
- Engage and build professional relationships, providing excellent customer service.
- Proactively assist customers with loading and unloading of materials purchased.
- Maintain yard, product and work areas in a neat, clean and safe manner.
- Maintain fundamental product knowledge & location throughout the yard.
- Ensure products and materials are well stocked of inventory at all times.
- Keeps management aware of any delays or discrepancies.
- Reviews materials loaded against invoice or requisition; completes and routes paperwork appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Spanish speaking is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret orders and invoices
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment.
- Experience working in a team atmosphere.
- Ability to lift 75-100 pounds consistently
- Must take and pass drug test and consent to a background check
- Knowledge of dimension lumber and panel products and other building materials is a plus
- Experience operating radial arm saw, cut-off saw, chain saw and forklift is a plus.
- Experience previously working in a lumberyard or warehouse is a plus.
