Boys & Girls Club of Hanover Park & Streamwood is looking for after-school Youth Development Assistants!

Boys & Girls Club are in the following Hanover Park and Streamwood U46 school sites:

· Glenbrook Elementary

· Heritage Elementary

· Laurel Hill Elementary

· Parkwood Elementary

· Ridge Circle Elementary

· Sunnydale Elementary

Responsibilities:

• Supervise a group of youth members during organized program time and unstructured play.
• Utilize area management techniques to gain control of program space and ensure members are fully engaged·
• Communicate clear and straightforward instructions to members before each program and activity to ensure that members understand rules, expectations, and directions·
• Provide positive feedback, encouragement, and recognition for members to highlight achievements·
• Follow program schedule to ensure area management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
