General Summary of Duties:
***This position is eligible for a one-time $5,000 sign-on incentive***

The Youth Intervention Specialist is responsible for providing a wide range of early intervention mental health services to youth and their families to assist youth with mental health issues who are either in or entering into the juvenile justice system.

Salary Range: $53,414 - $72,550 per year
Education/Experience Requirements:
Master’s degree in Social Work with LMSW licensure; will consider LLMSW or a Doctorate in Psychology with an LP. Will also consider those actively obtaining a Master's degree in Social Work who plan to also obtain licensure. Sufficient experience to perform the position at a satisfactory level required. Training in Cognitive Behavior Treatment, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Informed Care preferred. CAADC certification preferred. Valid driver's license while operating vehicle on agency business.
