What do we need from you?

*A background and passion for soccer *At least one season of sports coaching experience *USSF or USC coaching license although not essential. If you are unlicensed but come with experience, we will pay for you to attain your first USSF coaching licenses online *You must be based locally in CT or MA and be legal to work in the US (we don’t provide US work VISAs) *You’ll also need to have a full drivers licence and access to your own vehicle as we have opportunities available in Simsbury, Granby, Burlington, Avon and Litchfield in Connecticut, as well as East Longmeadow, Massachusetts.

*Competitive Pay: $22-$50 per hour. Pay is hourly and pay rate is based on coaching role, qualifications and experience. Some positions offer salary for club team coaches. *Training: Program and age specific training from our expert staff and the opportunity to earn your coaching licenses, along with online support materials and mobile app support. Coaching and sports industry career opportunities. *Uniform and Equipment: Through our partners Umbro, we provide a comprehensive uniform and equipment package for all coaches. *Duration: Contracts range from 3-12 months.
