Summary:
In this role, you will lead, direct, and manage a team of account executives that serve the non-acute supply chain needs of Vizient’s health system members. You will drive revenue growth and member value by leading the team to maximize existing customers’ contract utilization through field and phone-based sales. You will establish and leverage relationships with Vizient teammates and members to increase the achievement of value through core and advanced services.
Responsibilities:

Interface with health system c-suite and executives to assess non-acute strategies and align Provista and Vizient solutions to address identified needs.

Develop and monitor customer financial performance including renewal planning, negotiation, and profitability levels of custom work.

Lead strategic initiatives that drive value and revenue, administrative fee growth, and booking targets for multi-state regional zone through the execution of customer-specific business plans.

Work collaboratively with Vizient’s sales and client management, advisory services, sourcing, and marketing to effectively recruit, retain and serve health system’s non-acute needs.

Transition closed opportunities to respective internal teams.

Develop and mentor team members.
Qualifications:
-
Relevant degree preferred.
-
10 or more years of relevant experience in sales and client management required.

Management experience required.
-
Experience in health care is required, and health care Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) experience is a required.

Candidate to reside in either the Northeast or Southeast geographies required.

Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$135,200.00 - $201,200.00
