Pay Type:

• Starting at $12.50-$18.50/hr during training, commensurate with experience and availability
• Immediate pay increase after training period

Requirements:

• Must be 16 or older
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace
• Positive attitude, coachable, dependable, and strong work ethic
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members

Responsibilities:

• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Efficiently create prepped “cold” menu items, salads, fruit, and catering trays, that meet Chick-fil-A standards
• Keep up-to-date with new products
• Thoroughly prepare lemons to make our fresh-squeezed lemonade
• Wash and put away kitchen dishes
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training
• Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Stay in constant communication with the team regarding their food preparation needs

REQUIREMENTS

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
