• $500 hiring incentive available for Full-Time position - $250 after the first 90 days and $250 after 180 days*

Regency New Berlin is currently seeking a Full and Part-Time 2nd and 3rd Shift CNAs to join our team of compassionate and professional individuals.

$15 an hour to start, potential up to $18 dependent upon experience and/or Certifications

HOURS:

2:30 PM - 10:30 PM

10:30 PM - 6:30 AM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Give, assist or supervise resident with showering, bathing and/or toilet needs.
• Assist with transferring resident, 1:1 transfer.
• Assist resident with activities of daily living
• Perform first aid as trained by Regency Senior Communities.
• Perform rounds as needed
• Assist with medication and/or treatment administration under the direction of the licensed nurse.
• Do residents’ personal laundry.
• Light housekeeping as assigned.
• All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Current Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification or CBRF Caregiver Certification highly preferred
• If no certifications, one year of caregiving experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand written or verbal labels and instructions in English.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a support staff with all departments of the organization.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
