Job Details for Election Ballot Support:

• Temporary assignment- 11/7/2022- 11/11/2022
• Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:00 AM-3:00PM
• Pay Rate: $18/hr, guaranteed 40 hours
• Location: Northeast Philadelphia (19154)

Job Responsibilities & Description Election Ballot Support:

• Reviewing Declaration Envelope for Sufficiency
• Extracting Secrecy Envelope and Ballot from Declaration Envelope
• Flattening/Back-bending Ballot to prepare for scanning
• Flattening opened Secrecy Envelopes to confirm all ballots have been scanned
• Organizing opened Declaration Envelopes by Ward and Division

Job Requirements Election Ballot Support:

• Reliable and punctual
• Must be able to lift 10 lbs.
• Must be able to follow clear instructions and pay attention throughout ballot preparation process
