Retail Direct is currently seeking talented Customer Service & Routing Associates at our Columbus facility.

Customer Service & Routing will be responsible for:

• Route Planning for multiple markets

. Customer Scheduling

• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Email and use of Templates
• Go the extra mile to engage customers
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

. Client and Direct Customer Service

Qualifications:

. High level customer service skills

. Sense of urgency & timeliness on meeting deadlines

. Previous routing experience in DispatchTrack or like system, preferred not required, will train.

• Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20-$22 per hour DOE
