MasterMold in Mauston, WI is looking for manufacturing support to assist our overnight operations. This unique role consists of basic production and maintenance duties. This is a great opportunity for an individual who likes independence and variety in their work; as well as a relaxed environment. This role will support our daytime shift by keeping basic press operations running overnight while helping maintain and prepare the facility for the next day. General manufacturing and/or maintenance experience is preferred.

Hours and wages:
Monday-Thursday 8:00pm-6:00am; Fridays (as needed) 6:00pm-12:00am ; $24/hr.
In addition, this full time position is eligible for benefits such as health, dental and vision insurance, 401k, short- and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, and PTO.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Running a press and operating secondary equipment such as machining robots
- Preparing material according to part specifications
- Loading material in the press and removing parts from the press
- Fabricating by deflashing parts with various tools
- Assembling a variety of hardware to the molded parts using general tools
- Install or replace machinery, equipment, and new or replacement parts, instruments, and various machinery using hand or power tools.
- Examine and test machinery, equipment, components, and parts for defects to ensure proper functioning.
- Position machinery, equipment, physical structures, and other objects for assembly or installation, using hand tools, power tools, and moving equipment.
- Adjust, maintain, and repair tools, equipment, and machines, and assist more skilled workers with similar tasks.
- Adjust, connect, or disconnect wiring, piping, tubing, and other parts, using hand or power tools.
- Assemble and maintain physical structures, using hand or power tools.
- Any and all other duties as assigned.
