Job description
Manor is currently hiring for a Data Entry Customer Service. You need to collect a customer’s name, address, phone number, or other information to verify her identity or account. You may also collect information to set up information about a new customer and provide her with pricing, product, shipment, and distribution information. You may also need to document information about your customer interaction, including leaving notes for the next customer service representative who speaks with the customer.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $15.50 - $27.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database
Create spreadsheets to track important customer information and orders
Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, status of items or other information
Organize existing data in a spreadsheet
Verify outdated data and make any necessary changes to records
Scanning through information to identify pertinent information.
