As an Account Executive you’ll be trained by the best to grow your value-selling skills and develop win-win opportunities to strengthen and expand our network by reaching out to entrepreneurs across the entire United States to help them start and launch their business!


Our ideal candidate is organized, outgoing, self-motivated, process driven, and a community collaborator who will grow and expand our abilities to support startup businesses by offering a range of solutions to help entrepreneurs better navigate the launch of their new business.


Essential Duties May Include:

  • Calling warm leads that have inquired about our products and services and initiate contact to get their business registered through Inc Authority.
  • Possess strong knowledge of Inc Authority products and services to align with customer’s needs when qualifying them.
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for customer service to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain complete and accurate records of all daily activity and customer contact.

Qualifications for Success:

To be successful in this position, you will be a quick learner, detail oriented, natural with follow up along with the ability to be coached and trained. Having previous customer service or sales skills is very beneficial for this job as you will be in communication over the phone on a daily basis using a consultative approach to helping people start and grow their business.


The ideal candidate for this position must be able to stay organized, multi-task, and effectively manage their time. We are looking for an individual who has a natural skillset and ability to relate to individuals within minutes of starting a conversation.
