Position Summary: As an* Account Executive, you will be the primary contact and trusted advisor to Thruways valued customers. You will have responsibility for the management and growth path for existing customers, along with leading the opportunities for new customers and expanding Thruway’s market share. The territory encompasses: Southeastern & South Central PA*
The Account Executive will be the customers primary contact as it relates to:

  • Thruway’s service level and customer satisfaction
  • Issues, challenges, FAQ’s and product quality events
  • Growth opportunities
  • Variations in forecasted consumption
  • Product application

The Account Executive will work internally with all key members of the Thruway team to:

  • Ensure accurate communication and flow down of customer’s requirements
  • Thru the use of Salesforce CRM maintain an accurate pipeline of opportunities and business
  • Work jointly with Thruway management and customers in the development of an annual business forecast

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills to proactively communicate with all members of the Customer and Thruway team, solve specific challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills to effectively adapt to changing priorities.
  • Highly adept at satisfying customers at all levels of their organization.
  • A valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record in good standing
  • Excellent Judgment and quick decision-making ability.
  • Problem-solving, organizational, and analytical ability.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
  • Strong leadership, and managerial skills.
  • Excellent written, listening, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM highly desired.
  • High competency with MS Office Suite

Work Environment:

  • Daily travel to customers with occasional overnights as required.
