Account Manager
Serenity Healthcare is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our vibrant Provider Relations group in the Southlake, TX area. This role is critical to our mission of helping patients take back their lives from depression and anxiety as you will be responsible for meeting with medical providers in the area to create awareness of Serenity Healthcare and the treatments that we offer. Responsibilities:
  • Educate the community to promote Serenity and create awareness of TMS and Ketamine as effective mental health treatment alternatives.
  • Provide in-service programs (hosting luncheons and other types of meetings) to healthcare professionals about our full range of psychiatry services and benefits of making Serenity their preferred psychiatry referral partner.
  • Establish and develop strong relationships with area providers and other referral sources to drive increased patient referral volume. Continue to build territory and business relationships.
  • Advocate for patient needs and manage referral source issues within scope of responsibility.
  • Liaison to referral sources to ensure timely and successful delivery of our treatments.
  • Participates in community programs to help educate and empower the community to receive the best care available.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of outside sales and marketing success.
  • Mental health industry experience is ideal, healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Refined customer service skills and critical problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable communicating with all levels of professionals.
