Where the Chemistry Happens

We are seeking a professional like you to join our Care Chemical division. In this role, you will be responsible for the North American business of multiple key accounts, with significant global account coordination and collaboration. You will be responsible for developing relationships and driving business performance across our Care Chemicals product portfolio of Surfactants, Polymers, Chelating Agents and many more.

Qualifications - BASF recognizes institutions of Higher Education which are accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation or equivalent

• Your strong sales, purchasing, or product management experience will be a valued asset as you drive business development at your accounts across North America.

• Your proven track record of successful customer interaction will be critical as you build deep customer relationships with all relevant customer stakeholders at multiple levels, both in BASF and at the customer.

• Driving strategic decisions for the organization, you will develop new business in existing or new markets and manage an opportunity pipeline through generation and closing of new business opportunities.

• Successfully engaging across the organization, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet and exceed customer needs.

• Leveraging your educational and professional background in Business or a Technical discipline, you will consistently meet targets to achieve sustainable growth through customer satisfaction and profitability and ensure profitable growth across your customer portfolio.
