We partner with brands in the natural / organic food and beverage industry to optimize their retail presence in Whole Foods Market, Sprouts and Independent Natural retailers.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will represent a portfolio of up to 50 Organic/Natural Food and Beverage brands such as: Perfect Bar, Vital Farm Eggs, Evolution Fresh Juices.
• You will work Monday through Friday (starting between 5am-7am) conducting 3 store visits per day and driving over 5,000 miles per year.
• You will be in charge of building and maintaining a consistent route of weekly store visits to the following Whole Foods Market and Sprouts locations in the Mesa, AZ area: Phoenix, Tempe, Chandler, Gilbert Scottsdale, Avondale, Mesa, Queen Creek and Laveen. Locations are subject to change based on the needs of the business.
• You will be responsible for growing brands in your portfolio and maintaining the highest level of retail standards:
  • Build relationships with retail leaders to drive growth for brands during weekly visits.
  • Maintain proper communication strategies with retail partners via email, call, text, or in-person conversations.
  • Utilize data to manage brand development and execution.
  • Report in real-time on brand updates via an application called Go Spot Check.
  • Ensure that products are merchandised to the brands standards.
  • Perform basic shelf maintenance: facing/fronting, tag compliance, and proper signage.
  • Previous sales experience is a bonus!
