Junior Accountant with QBs and Billing Experience

APEX THERAPEUTIC SERVICES, headquartered in Great Neck, NY provides premier healthcare consulting and talent solutions. Apex is the firm of choice in providing temporary, per diem, permanent, and contract services for skilled medical and allied healthcare professionals in a variety of settings such as DOE public and charter schools, independent schools, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and home health care. Apex currently provides services in New York, Florida, Texas, New Jersey and Connecticut areas.

Apex is looking for an in-house, HEALTHCARE ACCOUNTANT, knowledge and experience in full-cycle accounting preferred. This is for a full-time position, and Apex is prepared to offer an attractive salary and benefits package to the right candidate. A combination of accounting, billing, coordination, and payroll skills are required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Accounting required
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and QuickBooks a must.
• Excellent communication and administrative skills.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills.
• Ability to meet all assigned deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and positive team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent work ethic focused, and with a strong attention to detail.
• Flexible to work within a structured team environment.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
