Job Details:

Maintain accurate financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
Collaborate closely with the team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Process accounts payable and receivable, manage invoices, and handle tax payments
Perform bookkeeping tasks, including quickbooks data entry, recordkeeping, and financial statement maintenance
Reconcile bank and other accounts, review financial transactions for accuracy, and assist with the preparation of reports

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a focus on cost accounting
Proficiency in Quickbooks and working knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, with the ability to calculate, post, and manage financial records accurately
Excellent data entry skills and hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
Customer service orientation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
