Vanguard Cleaning Systems®, an independently owned and operated master franchise company is looking to add an experienced Accounting Administrative Professional to assist the Director of Accounting in our Huntingdon Valley, PA office in a part time or full time position.
The Accounting Administrative Professional will focus on assisting the Management Team in the support of the Unit Franchise Owners, Accounts, Vendors and Vanguard Cleaning Systems of Philadelphia employees. The focus will be organizational and customer service-oriented in nature. The office is looking for a team-oriented self-starter with a passion for supporting growth within the Vanguard Cleaning Systems of our regional organization.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong Customer Service and Organizational background and who enjoys working with diverse individuals in a face-paced environment.
Essential Functions
- Assist the Management Team in the support of Franchise Owners, Accounts and Vendors
- Support Outside and Inside Sales Team
- Provide Customer Service support to Accounts
- Provide Customer Service support to Unit Franchise Owners
- Assist with Monthly Financials
- Maintain the Region’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
- Manage daily A/R forms
- Organize and maintain all office files, materials and equipment
- Perform Special Projects as requested
Desired Experience/Skills
- 3+ years of experience, preferably in an Office Administration or Customer Service Environment
- Solid Interpersonal and Organizational Skills
- Strong Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Intuit QuickBooks essential)
- Self-Starting Abilities
- Accounts Receivable Experience
The part time position is available at about 20 hours a week. Full time hours also available at 40 hours a week. Base Salary plus commission opportunities available
