Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

• Collects outstanding balances. Resolves disputes or differences for a basic to moderately complex book of business, for a designated group of producers.
• Develops and uses working knowledge of multiple billing and/or policy applications and processing procedures to effectively service customer inquiries.
• Communicates with Agents and Business Units regarding resolution of accounting discrepancies including basic to moderately complex policy reconciliations.
• Prepares and maintains accurate and complete documentation to support assigned accounts receivable balances.
• Performs monthly aging analysis reports, including Statutory Over Ninety (S.O.N.).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience.

Field of Study: Business, Accounting or a related discipline.

Experience: Requires 0 to 2 years of related. Accounting and/or bookkeeping experience preferred.
