Job description

Process payables, receivables, and related transactions to ensure accurate maintenance of plant financial accounts.

1. Receive and validate invoices for goods and services

2. Ensure accurate invoicing for product shipments

3. Verify transactions comply with policies and procedures

4. Perform required data transactions in SAP system

5. Manage check runs, ensuring appropriate approvals.

6. Review receivable and payable information and validate against budgets and forecasts – highlight and investigate issues and discrepancies

7. Manage cash application and resolve customer account discrepancies

8. Maintain appropriate account reconciliations

9. Generate accounting and analytical reports as required

10. Maintain appropriate accounting files and retrieve historical data as needed.

11. Assist in other duties as needed.

1. Accurate mathematical calculation

4. Some financial analysis skill preferred

5. Intermediate ability in Microsoft Excel

7. Ability to organize data, files, and other information
