The CSI Companies is seeking an AP Manager in Jacksonville, FL to join a family-owned logistics company!
In this role, you will manage and oversee the AP department while ensuring the timely completion of all AP department responsibilities.
Salary: $65,000
Location: Jacksonville, FL (on-site)
M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of onsite AP professionals
- Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit
- Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
- Collaborate with executives to create workforce efficiencies
- Review costs for optimal budget planning
- Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
- Oversee maintenance of vendor accounts
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of AP experience
- Strong 10-key skills
- Great Plains software experience preferred
- Strong leadership qualities - Experience managing a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Previous P&L experience is a strong plus
