Ascendo Resources is actively seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist on an immediate, full-time, on-site, temp-to-hire basis!
Our client, is a well-known reputable Property Management Firm located in Manhattan, NY.
Qualified candidates must have 1+ years of Accounts payable experience using Yardi and Payscan.
Pay Rate: $65,000-75,000/yr
Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5pm (40 hours)
Responsibilities:
- Upload and allocate invoices via Payscan or manually in Yardi and cut checks
- Make online payments to utility accounts and post manual checks
- Vendor management
- Settle any payment/billings matter with vendors
- Coordinate with accounting team to guarantee timely payments of vendor invoices
- Ensure all invoices have accurate supporting documentation
- Analyze and record activity of mortgage escrows and reserve accounts
- Perform bank reconciliation on assigned accounts
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of Accounts Payable experience in Real Estate
- 1+ years of Yardi Voyager Experience
- 1+years of Payscan experience
