Accounts Receivable
The Kendall Group is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual for an Accounts Receivable.
The Kendall Group is comprised of eight divisions with locations in 10 states. Combined, we serve the Electrical, Automation, Pipe, Valve and Fittings products, Steam, Lighting, Industrial Control and Instrumentation Industries.

Position Description:
The Accounts Receivable position is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical support. The Accounts Receivable position will be responsible for a variety of customer accounts and will be part of a team which values cooperation, integrity and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Posting payments received on customer accounts
- Performing daily and month end balancing
- Making accounting adjustments
- General administrative duties
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic accounting knowledge
Minimum Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer and typing skills – Word and Excel
- Highly motivated and a self-starter
- Excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Required experience:
- Accounts Receivable: 2 years
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
