We are a rapidly growing snack food distributor in business for 31 years seeking an experienced and skilled Accounts Receivable Clerk to manager our collectibles and invoicing.

Accounts Receivable Clerk's job duties include working closely with our accountant to create financial reports, process accounts receivables and manage sales invoices. Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping-related experience and has at least 2 years experience using Quickbooks.

Accounts Receivable Clerk's responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
Responsibilities:

• Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports and financial statements
• Process accounts receivable

Requirements and skills

• Proficiency in English and in MS Office
• Customer service orientation
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time
